Join us this September for brand-new fitness classes designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and have fun while working out!
Classes will be available to book 7-days in advance.

HIIT Class
NEW CLASS - Explosive and aerobic exercises using body weight; including kick boxing, burpees and active power exercises. NEW - This high-energy workout will challenge your body, boost your endurance, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Instructor: Rachel. Day: Tuesday. Time: 7.45am. Commencing: 2nd September 2025.

Kinesis
EXTRA CLASS - Kinesis is a unique and dynamic fitness class that leverages the Kinesis Wall to provide a functional and versatile workout experience. Whether you’re looking to enhance functional fitness, improve core strength, or increase overall body stability and flexibility, Kinesis offers a comprehensive and effective fitness option suitable for participants of various fitness levels. Cardio Blast
NEW CLASS - Get ready to sweat, burn calories, and sculpt your body. Cardio Blast is a high-impact workout combining machines and bodyweight exercises, designed to challenge and energize you. Each week brings a new focus: power, speed, stamina, and pairings. Instructor: Rachel. Day: Wednesday. Time: 8.45am. Commencing: 3rd September 2025.

Metabolic conditioning
EXTRA CLASS - A high-energy, full-body workout that blends strength training, cardio, and functional movements into one powerful session. Designed to maximize calorie burn and improve endurance, Metabolic Conditioning pushes your limits with high-intensity intervals and minimal rest. Metabolic Conditioning challenges you to push your limits, ignite your metabolism, and keep burning calories long after the workout ends. Instructor: Laurie. Day: Friday. Time: 6.30am. Introduction to Hyrox
EXTRA CLASS - Hyrox training, broken up into shorter, fast paced, HIIT style zones. Zones include a mixture of cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises, based on those you would do in a HYROX Competition. These classes are designed to test your fitness, whilst working at your own personal pace. Instructor: Abi. Day: Friday. Time: 8.45am. Commencing: 5th September 2025.

Learn to Lift
NEW CLASS - build lean muscle and tone your body with Learn to Lift. Lifting free weights results in total body sculpting; by building strength, toning muscles and burning fat. Learn how to use free weights correctly and how to incorporate them successfully into your workouts. Instructor: Iris. Day: Wednesday. Time: TBC. Commencing: 10th September 2025.

Boxfit
NEW CLASS - Vary your fitness routine and try something different! Boxing training provides excellent all over body conditioning. It increases stamina and boosts the cardiovascular system, while improving core strength and balance. You will learn the basics, and box for fitness with Iris; qualified elite trainer by the Hatton Academy. Instructor: Iris. Day: Wednesday. Time: TBC. Commencing: 10th September 2025.

BreatheWell
NEW DAY/INSTUCTOR - BreatheWell is a class designed for people with long term respiratory conditions, combining resistance and cardiovascular exercises . Classes will improve muscle strength which will lessen breathlessness, and will improve fitness giving you more confidence to complete everyday tasks, You will learn to cope better with feeling out of breath and classes will also improve your general wellbeing. Strength Class
NEW CLASS - Build real-world strength and confidence with our weekly strength sessions. Using resistance training and key compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses, you’ll: Build muscle, Increase strength, Improve functional fitness for daily life. Instructor: Dan/Isaac. HIIT Step
NEW CLASS - A high-energy workout that blends the intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with dynamic step exercises! Designed to torch calories, improve endurance, and sculpt your body, HIIT Step is perfect for all fitness levels. Body Blast
NEW CLASS/INSTUCTOR - A fun fitness workout for all abilities, incorporating low impact pulse raising moves and conditioning exercises to strengthen and improve lung capacity and general fitness. Instructor: Angie. Day: Sunday. Time: 9.30am. Commencing: 21st September 2025.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga
NEW CLASS/INSTRUCTOR - A fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, yoga postures and Pilates exercises. You can expect to improve your flexibility in 8 weeks. Learn to identify the bodies stabilising muscles, and use them effectively and efficiently to improve posture and move with more confidence. Instructor: Angie Day: Sunday. Time: 10.30am.
