About The Class
Living with COPD/Emphysema or another breathing condition?
This class designed for people with long term respiratory conditions, combining resistance and cardiovascular exercises . The program is tailored to each individual based on their abilities .
Classes will improve muscle strength which will lessen breathlessness, and will improve fitness giving you more confidence to complete everyday tasks, You will learn to cope better with feeling out of breath and classes will also improve your general wellbeing .
The class is designed to improve respiratory health, enhance physical fitness, and promote overall well-being by focusing on controlled breathing, low-impact exercises, and relaxation techniques.
Please speak to your GP to be referred.
