Our Core Recovery 6-week course is designed to enhance the strength and endurance of the muscles in the abdominal, back, and pelvic regions, collectively known as the core.

Engage in a variety of exercises targeting these muscle groups using body weight, including planks, bridges, and rotational movements.

Regular participation in core recovery classes can improve athletic performance, support long-term joint health, and enhance overall well-being, making it an indispensable component of any fitness regimen.
