Dance Fit
A high-energy Dance Fit workout combining simple choreography, upbeat music, and full-body conditioning. Boost your cardio, strength, and confidence while enjoying fun routines suitable for all fitness levels. Instructor: Ally. Day: Monday. Time: 10am. Commencing: 5th January 2026.
Step Pump
Step Pump fuses dynamic step aerobics with targeted strength training using dumbbells, delivering a full-body workout that boosts endurance, builds muscle, and elevates heart rate. With motivating music and simple choreography this empowering interval workout is designed to improved coordination, balance, and bone strength. Instructor: Rachel. Day: Monday. Time: 5pm. Junior HIIT (Ages 12 - 15)
This high-energy HIIT class is for teens who want to build strength, improve fitness, and have fun while staying active. Combining simple body-weight exercises, short cardio bursts and team-based challenges to boost confidence and coordination. With a focus on safety, proper form, and positive motivation this class helps develop healthy habits, endurance, and a strong mindset. Instructor: Abi. Day: Tuesday. Time: 5pm. HIIT Step
Moving through energising step sequences with bursts of cardio and strength intervals for a full-body workout. Designed to boost endurance, build strength and burn calories, this class keeps you motivated with upbeat music and clear, easy-to-follow coaching. All fitness levels are welcome, with options to modify or progress each movement. Instructor: Abi. Day: Tuesday. Time: 6pm. Commencing: 6th January 2026.
Tai Chi/Qigong for Wellbeing
Gentle Tai Chi Qigong sessions beginning with the 18 Shibashi improve balance, strength, flexibility, posture, and circulation while calming the mind. Suitable for standing or seated practice, they reduce stress, anxiety, and support overall physical and mental wellbeing. Instructor: Debbie. Day: Wednesday. Time: 9am. Commencing: 7th January 2026.
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and invigorating form of yoga that emphasises the synchronisation of breath and movement. It is often referred to as "flow" yoga because of its fluid, continuous transitions between poses. This class combines physical postures with conscious breathing and mindfulness, creating a holistic and transformative experience for both the body and the mind. Instructor: Becca. Day: Thursday. Yin Yang
Yin Yang yoga blends slow, grounding Yin poses with dynamic, energizing Yang movements. This balanced practice stretches connective tissues while strengthening muscles, creating harmony in body and mind. Kettles, Core and More
A great strength and conditioning session using kettlebells for a full body workout. You are guided through exercises to work abs, back, glutes, legs and more.
