Hyrox training focuses on building strength, endurance, and functional fitness through a combination of running and resistance-based exercises. Designed to mimic the demands of a Hyrox competition, it alternates between 1 km runs and movements like sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, burpees, and farmer’s carries.

Training emphasises high-intensity intervals, improving cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and mental toughness. Classes include warm-ups, technique coaching, and scalable options for all fitness levels. Participants benefit from structured circuits that challenge both aerobic and anaerobic systems while promoting proper form and recovery.
