I have been in and around a gym environment for about 10 years and love the benefits of the gym, not just physically but mentally. Training 5/6 days a week is my passion and I also love to help people achieve their goals within the fitness industry.
I have achieved a level 3 personal training qualification, and in the future look to develop my skills further with other courses.
I enjoy running and playing football and if I were to describe myself, I would say I am approachable, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humour.
